Yellow fever is a viral condition transmitted by carrying mosquitoes. This debilitating disease results in fever, head pain, soreness, and when advanced, yellowing of the skin – hence the term. The chance of contracting yellow fever is mainly found in warm zones of that landmass and the Americas.
